| Rules for returning animals! Please read Carefully! |
| #1. It's your responsibility to have a health exam done before the purchase of each animal so you know the exact health of the animal. When purchasing horses, you should have a Soundness Exam done so you know the horse is sound at the time of purchase. #2. When you purchase an animal from me, I have the right of 1st option buy back if at anytime you decide to sell the animal. #3. I will purchase back any animal if I am financially able at the time. But you must prove to me that you have properly maintained the animal during the time you have had it and must provide proper receipts showing their care. The animal Must be in the same physical condition or better upon return as it was when it left here or I am not responsible for the buy back option and you forfeit your money or trade. #4. You must provide receipts as proof. Horses - Must show receipts for farrier, dental, shots and worming. The farrier and worming must be done no later than every 8 weeks max. You must show current year shot record and current year dental records. Other animals - Current shot records that have been kept up on. That includes worming, & heart worm meds. These Rules Apply for the LIFE TIME of the animal! Not just 14 or 30 days! |
| If you need your horse delivered, I would be more than happy to deliver within a 300 mile radius. If you live within a 50 mile radius there is a set fee of $75.00 Anything over 50 miles is $2.00 a mile. I require that anything over 50 miles, you put half down by using PayPal. That way we are both covered under their insurance. Please use the pay tab below to complete payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, when you click on the Pay Pal button a new page will come up where you enter your payment amount. In the left bottom corner of the page, you can pay by credit or debit card by clicking on the continue link. If you have a PayPal account, then you can just enter your payment amount and click Update Totals to continue your transaction. You will receive an email confirmation once you complete the transaction and I will receive an email confirming your payment. |
| Directions to Rescue I94 to exit 121 Albion Top of ramp go South Go to 2nd traffic light, turn left and then get in right hand lane. At the yellow blinker light turn right and follow M99 all the way out. You will come to M60 which will be a Red blinker and stop sign. That section is a 1 way street going West. Go through the stop sign to the next Red blinker light and stop sign. That is M60 going East! Turn Left (East) on M60 Go down to 30th street (on left corner there is a business called Brembo) You want to turn Right onto 30th street. Go down to 2nd stop sign which is Mosherville Rd. and turn left. You will follow Mosherville Rd. until you come to a 25 mph section. The road will round the curve to the left, you will see a pond to your right and then the street Y's off. Take the road to the right so you are staying on Mosherville Rd. You will see a cemetery in front of you and you will follow the curve back to the right again. Go up to the stop sign, you will see CJ's gas station across the street. Go straight through the stop sign, and I am down on the right about 1/4 of a mile or so. You can NOT see my house from the road. My address is 1389 E. Mosherville Rd. Jonesville MI The addresses here do not co inside so look for a White mail box with the green reflective sign on the post. Driveway is just barely past the mailbox. Please be careful in my driveway, as it's kinda rough until I can get it fixed. Thanks! |
