| I want to explain to all of you, what I do here. I provide Horse Boarding Board is $10.00 a day, and that includes full use of the barn and pastures. That is providing Hay, Grain, Wormer, and Farrier work. I do take in all sorts of Farm Animals, and sometimes Exotic animals. For the animals that I have no room to take, I work closely with other rescues to place animals as well. If you are looking for an animal that I don't have. Please e-mail me anyway and I will help put you with the rescue that can help. I am never too busy to help someone find their life long companion. If you wish to place your animal up for adoption, feel free to contact me. I will get the story on the animal in question and do the best that I can to ensure you get hooked up with the proper people if not myself that can handle the situation. I have flexible adoption fees! The only fees that are charged are strictly the ones that cover the animals vet care. We do NOT profit from any of the animals under adoption. We do not receive any State funding or Grants. We rely on your Donations to help us out. It costs a lot of money every year to fund what I do here. I am just a backyard rescue and all the money comes out of my own pocket. I do not have non profit status! The reason for the Non Profit Status is you must be considered AG and be on 10 acres. I am only on 5 acres so I hope you all understand that is why I am a backyard Rescue! Here is a list of Donation items we are always in need of (besides monetary) Pine Shavings for Bedding Straw for Bedding Grass or Alfalfa Hay (Round or Square Bales) Grain (Whole Oats, Cracked Corn, Sweet Feed) Horse Tack of any kind Thank You so Much for any Donations that you make! You are benefiting the animals we continue to help here. All the animals Say Thank You for your help. I also encourage you to bring your children out to visit with the animals as this is a good way to socialize our animals and also teach the children how to love, care and respect them. Just call for appointment times and your kids will love it! |
